Order cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it.
Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a full refund, which will be returned to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@botanicskin.co.
We’ll happily arrange a replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you. To help us resolve this quickly, we may ask for a photo or short video of the item. If a return is required, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Returns
We offer a 60-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.
Because our products are skincare, returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. This helps us maintain hygiene and product safety for everyone.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, or are not in new condition, except where covered by our Money-Back Guarantee below.

If you don’t see results you’re happy with after up to 60 days of consistent use, you may be eligible for a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee — provided the following conditions are met:
