Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship worldwide.
All orders include free domestic and international shipping with tracking. There are no shipping fees and no added sales tax — we keep things simple and transparent, just the way we like it.
Processing & delivery times
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated delivery time
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number.
If you haven’t received tracking, or it doesn’t appear to be updating, don’t worry — just email us at hi@botanicskin.co and we’ll take care of it.
Unexpected delays
Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing or seasonal demand. If your order seems delayed, please reach out and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO addresses
At this time, we’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
Lost packages
If your order is lost in transit, we’ve got you covered.
You can choose between a full refund or a replacement shipment, sent out as quickly as possible. Just contact us and we’ll make it right.
